  1. Thanks everyone. I bought some Stockman & Paddock and will try him on that
  2. I have 3 border collies...14 years, 6 years & almost 1. They all get the same food with the puppy getting a bit more plus training treats. Currently they are on Supercoat Adult, plus eggs, fresh (frozen) sardines, yogurt, chicken wings or drumsticks, & fish oil The two older dogs do well on this, so much so that I have to watch that they don't gain too much weight. The old boy is going well for his age & the six year old is very active. However, the puppy (1 yr old) struggles to gain weight. He is very active & growing tall (his front legs come right up to his chin lol, & his back legs are so long, that when he sits, he sits like a frog. He weighs 19 kilo & so far not desexed. I can feel his ribs & his backbone really easy, & I feel he is quite skinny... a bit like a greyhound with long hair. Am I worried about nothing & he is just having a growing spurt?? Or is there something I could feed him , apart from 100% raw (as we are camping & have limited freezer space). I know I could feed him things like porridge, but would prefer it to be a whole food. Looking for recommendations please that is readily available in our local pet stores
  3. I looked into getting a new one about 4 years ago & had no luck. But I think I saw that they are no longer made in Australia, just designed & Australian company But things may have changed
  4. What colour are the parents? The white pups might be deaf or blind
  5. I have never needed a prescription for Nexgard & I have been giving it to my dogs for 14 years with no ill- effect
  6. I thought the same thing. I have well behaved border collies but I wouldn't leave them alone with a child
  7. Depends on what experience you have with the breed & what you are specifically looking for.....show?...performance ??etc Your post does not really say anything, except to copy & paste a 2012 post
  8. One of my dogs eats them along with the cicadas...yum...yum
  9. Just asking out of curiosity....what breed of puppy are you after?
  10. Has anyone used these to help calm a dog during thunderstorms? There are so many on the market & are obviously different quality. I like the sound of these ones, but they are from overseas https://www.pipsbootique.com/?fbclid=IwY2xjawGfi0tleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHeLIkVzmyRslHhwAbYXbwgtREUUam7an4PjBcDcrIQgqmQyj6ydoS8gowA_aem_NgjHjT2FEjvgaAjYwFW_7w
  11. Agree...maybe it is a bad photo of him. If it is the same one as this one, then it is a pure bred registered border collie that she competes with ....Indian Oak Light Up The Sky
  12. He is an Agility Dog. She is well known in the agility circuit. I thought he was a short haired border collie, probably in working condition
  13. What has this to do with Dogs ?????
