:rolleyes: Just found the neighbour's little silky dead.

He'd been in a fight last week, and had a wound on his neck which was nearly healed...he'd been very quiet during this time, and not in his pen.

Anyway..yesterday he was soo happy to see me, and ran & jumped around.Alas, he felt fit enough to tease the heeler nearby, and was no match for those jaws.

Today he didn't appear, so we went walking , & I found him ...

Poor Pip...he was always a snuggly little thing, and used to treat me like a long-lost friend. I'll miss him.

Thanks..I IS sad..he was doing SO well, and was all bouncy the day before when I went there. Obviously that night/early morning he decided it was time to "sort " the big one out...I just hope it wasn't drawn out.I didn't look too closely at the poor little body when I found him.., but he was definitely gone to a better place!
