benshiva
Friday 16th February was a black day for us. At only 8 years of age our lovely border collie "Comet" was given peace. He suffered from terrible arthritis (so sad for one so young) and it was at the stage where we just couldn't stand to watch him in pain. There was nothing we could do to give him comfort, we'd tried everything, so we made the shockingly tough decision to let him go. My heart is aching today and it makes you wonder sometimes why you make the decision to breed and keep dogs. I know he's happy and not in pain anymore but it sure does hurt
