bonny_beagle
Are your pups possibly related?? Look forward to many more weeks of this behaviour. It takes them a while to settle down. My sugestion would be since you work, borrow a puppy friendly dog off a friend to mind your bub when you're not home. Another beagle would be perfect. :p As a pack dog this is a very stressful time and he's expecting you to replace his missing brothers and sisters. Be patient!!! Hi BeaglenewbWe got our beagle puppy yesterday too. I would also describe ours as hyperactive, I think it is just the breed. He is also biting and yelping a bit. Last night he was yelping and we did leave him and he went to sleep. Good luck. Shel

She used to bark and cry constantly. Lucky we have great neighbours. She is fine now though. Patience is the key.

beaglenewb
Hi All Oslo got more hypo in play session today ! I mean literally he was running like crazy and he was biting like crazy. What can I do before we start puppy school to get him as obedient as an untrained puppy can get.

yasimum
HI there. Congrats on your beautiful new puppy. One question, do you have children? If so, when they were tiny bubs did you expect them to be obedient? They just want their needs met and the buck stops with you. Just enjoy him and let him get to know and love you all for a wee while.
