Guest Clover
My guys get pork maybe once or twice a week and they love it.. they would get it more often if it was cheaper. Clover loves munching on hocks for dinner, and the BCs love trotters.
Malamum
I had been told that pork wasn't that good for dogs. In fact, I have heard that Ham is one of the biggest killers of dogs at xmas time. Maybe it's just another one of those stupid myths???? Probably because people give their dogs the cooked ham bone or only give them all the fatty crappy bits of the ham they don't eat themselves. I would also assume that leg ham like we have at Christmas is probably too salty for dogs aswell. My dogs don't get a great deal of pork but do get raw pork bones or mince from time to time. Ham is not part of their diet at all.
