If anyone knows where I can get one of these in Australia (preferably off the net) .......

Can't help you with a supplier, Cavmad .... but have you thought about looking for a coffee table of similar structure and getting a carpenter (or DIY) to cut a hole suitable for the measurements of your dog's bowls? You might even be able to pick up a coffee table cheap at places such as op shops or from neighbourhood naturestrips on 'collection days'. Assuming the legs are wooden, you could always cut them down to size if they are too tall.

If anyone knows where I can get one of these in Australia (preferably off the net) I'd be grateful. Otherwise have to buy from the states (expensive!). I've toyed with the idea of getting one of these for ages due to our dogs long ears and dodgy knee. The bloat thingy might be another reason to give it a go.

I have a metal one i purchased at a dog show

ETA i have seen plastic ones around, will try and find some links for you

The woman in front of me at the checkout at the Warehouse was buying one - two bowls which sat in a steel frame to keep them off the ground. I particularly remember, as the price wasn't marked on the item, and when she asked, she was delighted at how cheap it was. Probably not particularly good quality, but maybe buy a couple and use the second one if the first gives up the ghost?

How about putting his ears in a snood? that will keep them clean.
