Your Bro lickin his stitches again TB? (I saw those impressive ones on his head.)

Nah seriously you need to keep her away from them, she can cause infection if she is always at them.

Could try some ti-tree oil, or put a tshirt on her.

Mel.

I'll be in town later toady at some stage, so you want some bandage that won't stick to her leg ? You will just need to put something over the area and then use the bandage ? It won;t be the pink roll, as that hasn't been opened, but you can use the orange or red one. I'll even bandage it for you

My vet told me that 99% of dogs licking or worrying their stitches is because they are too tight. Although I have had dogs lick and worry (and pulled them out 3 times), dogs never worry stitches done by this particular vet.

Go figure!!

Putting Vicks on them sometimes helps, dogs don't like the taste

Thanks jed, i had a look and they seem ok?

I have another problem now, FLYS

I had her out for 10 mins and she started to cry, flys all over it!

Rung a vetnurse friend up, she said to just vet wrap it and leave it. Air can still get in, and it is better then putting creams and stuf on it
