Crate Training

Hi guys,

Im getting a new puppy soon and I have a few questions. I need to buy a crate to transport the dog interstate on a plane and was wondering if I will be able to use the same crate for the dog to sleep in, toilet train etc? Can anyone recommend a good brand of crate and a good place to buy one from in melbourne? I don't know much about crate training. what are the pros and cons of crate training? Is it a lot easier to toilet train when using crate training? Also I was considering training my puppy to use a litter box. Is this a hard thing to do? What would be the best thing to put in the litterbox?

I highly recommend crates for puppies. I have found it easier fr toilet training. I can't really recommend a brand. Just remember not to leave your puppy locked up for a long time.

Definitely easier to toilet train with a crate.

Just look around a good pet shop for brands, snoop around the online ones as well.
