Toilet Training How Do I Do That?

I plan to eventually get a dog-door, but in the meantime, how exactly do you overcome the fact the puppy doesnt know how to get past the door to outside? Will it instinctively walk to the door and start pawing at it indicating it needs to go?

Paris doesnt paw or scratch at a door , she stares at you then her ears go back (so will look stressed) and walk to the door if not already at the door, but it helps to go to the same door every time. (If I dont let her out or miss the whole ear thing, she wees inside, but that very rarely hapens these days.)

Dogs the ones i know, prefer grass- Whats with the whole leg thing (kicking behind them) once they've gone?

it makes me laugh every time.
