VentanaBelgians
We just delivered a puppy to his new owner, and took all the doggles out to the property for some R & R while we inspected their conditions, housing etc. While we were there one of our puppies (the bitch we are going to keep!) ran into a single strand of barbed wire and scratched her muzzle. It's not bleeding at all, and does not appear to be very deep, but I'd like to make sure it heals correctly and leaves minimal scarring. Someone once told me Vitamin E cream helps with repair and hair regrowth. Does anyone else have a theory, and will the scar repair itself and become invisible? It looks terrible, with this sideways line on her face. Thanks in advance.
wolfgirl
Over the years on all my dogs I have used Paw Paw Cream (from the health food shop) on anything like this, it is all natural so if they manage to lick at it there won't be any concerns over upset tummies and it aids quickly in healing. Dellahar
my puppy ran into a rose bush and a thorn scratched her eye leaving a scar I used 100% pure Vitamin E Oil, I rubbed it in twice a day and in 2 weeks the scar was gone.

polarpeak
I use Colloidal Silver available from health food shops. It is a clear liquid that you dab on like a disinfectant
