Cheyenne_Fury
Just a question, do you have to have a "herding" dog to give it a go? Eg. Kelpie Border Collie etc? Just wondering... Anne

Cheyenne_Fury
All breeds are welcome to come along. Excellent! I would love to come along, even if it was just to have a look and watch everyone else. Jake my dalmatian would love to come just to be around all the other dogs and people Anne
sheepdog
Hi anne. I am not sure if you are wishing to come for the day or just come for a look ??? I only help herding guy out on herding days. The cost is $80 but i am not sure if he is letting people come to have a look on these days only people who are attending however outside of herding workshops it would not be a problem. But it would be great to see some non herding dogs there as its always fun to see a dog not breed to herd doing the job....... But pm Herding guy I am not sure what the pain is. Cheers hope to see u there if you are coming only a" few places left" Edited November 29, 2005 by sheepdog

Sparty
u guys are going to have a great time!!! i went today (6am departure almost killed me after flyball yesterday!!!) Bodie hadnt forgotten a thing, lol and i had retained most of my memory for herding, i think it is more training me .. im half expecting a pat on the head from Bodie as if to say you are getting there LOL for those who worry about getting lost .... Girly directions if you go to the end of Keilor park drive u will see the sign below .. turn left at that round about and then take the first left (about 150 meters after) look out for low flying planes!!! VERY TWISTY/WINDY road take your time!! after you go over the little bridge and up the hill stay straight!!! later when you come to a T-intersection of sorts (not on Davids map! :D ) there is a slow down rough surface sign there at the moment turn right (other way is dead end anyway) go straight towards the control tower to the end of the road there is a left turn right at the end , a 2 story brown brick house some kennel/cattery the road right after that is the one you follow, a couple of no option turns after that and you are there first house i think but u will see the kennels
