How Much Exercise Is Too Much For A Puppy?

How about a small breed pup? I have a very energetic 3 months old pom. He is so hyper that i take him for a walk around the block almost every night. If not, he will run, rampaging the whole house on his own accord. I live in inner city apartment, so he run round and round my living room, which is 4 x 8. After the walk, he will usually sleep for a while but when he wakes up, he's up to full power again!!! What should i do??

Oh and btw, the walk is not full run or anything. More like lead training.
