How Much Do You/would You Pay

A lot dont. Some do. Some only part dry. Drying takes a lot of time and effort to do right, especially on a coated dog or on a dog you are going to clip. Time is money. On a large coated dog, to get them completely dry, can sometimes take an hour or more just for the drying itself.

Edited to add: a large majority of mobile dog washes do not last more than a season or two in business. They are hard to sustain at the low prices they often charge for grooming.

I've paid $75 for an Old English Sheep dog, that was a groom as well though, I have 2 Danes, they have short coats so I wouldn't pay any more than $30 each for just a wash.

I pay $15 for a home service of nail clip, wash and blow dry - that's for a Dobe, so coat is pretty simple to wash and dry. Oh.... forgot, and two doggie treats at the end.

I pay $10 for my GSD for brush, shampoo, flea rinse & condition. He is towel dried (I don't like driers as they dry out the skin and coat - as I walk him home afterwards and he dries on the way home).

We used to pay $6 per dog to use a hydrobath but they stopped people washing their own dogs and went up to $10 per dog but their staff had to wash the dog. Because only one of our dogs can be washed by other people - we had to go out and buy our own hydrobath.
