tybrax
God looked around His garden And He found an empty place He then looked down upon the earth And saw your precious face He put His arms around you And lifted you to rest; God' s Garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering He knew you were in pain He knew you' d never ever Get well on earth again. So He closed your weary eyelids And whispered " Peace be thine " Then He took you up to Heaven With Hands so gentle and kind. It broke our hearts to lose you But you did not go alone, For part of us went with you The day God welcomed you home. Author Unknown Dear Bommy and family sending you heaps of love, l am so sorry for your loss R.I.P. Molly Chief has you safe in his arms now.xo ;) Tybrax and family Tyra and Brax in heaven. bommy
Thank you all, we were speaking last night after going to bed, and are so grateful that we had Molly in our lifr but even more grateful that we had this time to plan for her knowing what was coming there was many tears shed with Molly & even more still being shed, but with the tears there is comfort knowing that we did what was best for our precious girl. Tybrax, that poem is lovely. I just wish we could explain to Major why she is not here he keeps searching frantically for her inside & out. lastnight when we went to bed he was laying where she slept for her last night licking the covers & whining, my poor boy... he still has Sarge to annoy himm but it makes no difference for him..... BubbleGirl
I'll lend you for a little while a child of mine, God said, For you to love while she lives and mourn for when she's dead It may be six or seven years. or four or two or three, But will you, till I call her back, take care of her for me?? She'll bring her charms to gladden you and should her stay be brief You'll have her lovely memories as solace for your grief. I cannot promise she will stay, since all from earth return, But there are lessons taught below, I want this child to learn. I've looked this whole world over, In my search for teachers true, And from the things that crowds life's lane, I have chosen you. Now will you give her all your love? Nor think the labor vain? Nor hate me when I come to take this lent child back again?? I fancied that I heard them say, "Dear Lord, Thy will be done" For all the joy thy child will bring, the risk of grief we'll run We will shelter her with tenderness, We'll love her while we may And for the happiness we've known forever grateful stay. But should Thy Angels call for her much sooner than we've planned We'll brave the bitter grief that comes and try and understand........
