I recently bought a place, in a town near shepparton in victoria. I was keen on a place in mooroopna until I saw it was part of a body corporate. While it's rules said nothing about pets other than nuisance noise, that doesn't mean they'd stay that way, especially if the neighborhood Karen got their knickers in a twist over a rottweiler. 

So I walked away from that one fast.
