particolour is cream and white or gold and white, neither poms or spitz have merle in their breed, nor do they have black, the dog is a blue merle which is black  based merle

only in america it seems breeds suddenly "mutate" merle into a breed it was never in before.  but then mutation is in the  genes there,  google american shetland and halter quarter horse   

 

strange people   taken decades and still trying to get "the big lick" banned in their show ring. sickening cruelty to win .  might be better to just look at this photo of her loss of ability to stand normally. to watch the video is too upsetting.
