I want the owner of the dam to pay for the AI because the litter would be around 5 pups valued at $500 each. There is no stud fee and I'd be getting POL. Is this an unreasonable ask? Sometimes it depends on why an AI was needed. Was the dog not co operative or the bitch or both? Personal choice of one owner? $500 or $5,000 and do you know for sure how many pups are coming? Cause if it's only $500 that means $2,00 to rear 5 pups properly. Extra food for the bitch, food for the pups, microchips and vaccinations. Worming.
