Rebanne
I'd be taking her to the vet for a check.

persephone
The vet can't really give an "OK" when they have no idea what is happening internally
tdierikx
I had a bitch that had discharge for nearly 6 weeks... she was taken to the vet weekly to keep an eye on it. Advice was that if it changed in amount, colour, consistency, smell, etc, straight back to clinic. Luckily it tapered off and stopped by itself, but any discharge 3 weeks after whelping would concern me enough to be taking the dog to the vet in person, rather than just calling - they really need to see and analyse the discharge before they can come to a useful diagnosis of what's happening there. Please take her to the vet asap and make sure it's nothing to be worried about. T.
