Is this a hot spot?

Hi all, noticed this spot on my boys head a couple of days ago which looks like a hot spot to me.  Just wondering what others think?  (the fur looks wet as I'd just bathed the area with salty water as that's how I cleared up a couple of hot spots when he was younger)

A little hard to tell but in the mean time put some Curash powder on it (when it's dry) you can get Curash at the supermarket or chemist, it's in the baby section. It has Zinc Oxide in it...beneficial to skin and should help clear it up.

Has your dog hasn't been lying down in wandering Jew?  that'll cause a rash  wandering jew photos here
