BJMc Posted June 25, 2020 Share Posted June 25, 2020 (edited) I am hoping someone knows of an experienced planner in SA to help get Council approval to have extra dogs, I am a registered kennel that is moving to a new property. The Council says necessary to get planner as it is a non-complying application and risks refusal with no second chance.
