Puppy opinions

Hello! Wanting some others opinion, I recently bought a pure bred border collie for $2100 only to end up in the vets at 3am the same night due to bloody diarrhoea and vomiting. She was full to the brim with worms. We contacted the lady we got her off and she was completely useless. I don’t know what rights we have and if we just cop it on the chin or is there something else we should be doing?

Was she a registered breeder?  Did she offer any guarantee regarding the pup vet checked within the first 3 days?

was it the vet's opinion the worms caused the diarrhoea and vomiting? Or was it two separate issues. There are state government laws re sale of pups in Victoria who ever you got the pup from. I will try and find them later as have a bit on today.
