What are the defects?

When pressure is applied to the product, it is possible for the squeaker to dislodge from the body of the product.
What are the hazards?

If the squeaker dislodges from the body of the product, it may present a choking hazard.
What should consumers do?

Consumers should immediately cease using the product and return it to an Australia Post outlet for a full refund.
