Rebanne
My dogs love it. Many reasons why your dog might appear to have an upset tummy. I say appear as you don't know. Smelly farts can happen at any food change as can upset tummy. What were you feeding previously? Did you mix some of the old food with the new? Some dogs need to be changed over slowly. I never do with mine but I never stick with one food anyway. You have some options. Mix old and new foods together, stick it out with the new food only, go back to the old food. But what I would do is grab a torch and go out with your dog so you can see what is really happening tummy wise.

poochmad
Agree about a slow transition. My 3 dogs don’t tolerate kangaroo. I think it might be too rich?
tdierikx
Kangaroo is high protein, low fat... I find I need to feed my dogs a lot more of it as oppsed to other meats in order to keep weight on them. My dogs have cast iron guts though... T. persephone
She may not be eating because she has an upset tummy .. Unless you see what is happening, you won't know if she has diarrhoea or something. The sooner you know, the sooner she can get something to help her
