Recently I am running research regarding Pet Adoption in Australia, the purpose is to find the problem in adoption experience and try to improve the digital solution based on that. UX designer is a role doing research, finding problems, ideating and designing digital solution to solve the problem. I am not sure about what kind of problems are there in pet adoption, that's what I want to find out with this survey as a start. My name is Derek Dong, I am not working for a pet rescue organisation, and this is actually my personal project. The survey is voluntary and the result of research is open to everyone once done.
