Dog cut

My dog has gotten really small cuts under his front legs in his armpit area, I don’t know where they’re from but I’ve been wondering if they would heal by itself, they don’t seem infected and I clean it with wet tissue every morning, but just wondering if it’s okay.

Its possible your dog has been scratching in that area. They should heal on their own but if they get worse or you notice your dog licking or scratching excessively I'd go to the vet.

I agree with Bundy... It does sound as if he's been scratching, and his nails have broken the skin. 
Check him for allergies/coat problems/fleas ?

Do you have a garden?  Could he have been playing and jumping around?  Some of the grass plants in my garden have very sharp leaves and I worry when my foster, Simba, goes ploughing through them chasing a ball or something that has caught his eye.
