Scottsmum they are super shots- that must be a trustworthy cat - or not as close as it looks.  Perseph good to see Pud doing his bit for kid/dog relations.

Yeh. He's only 5 and theres a 4 year d in the family as well as a bub same age as G. So he's used to wee ones. He is also about an arms length away. I was trying to respect his personal space.

I couldn't decide which photo this week so putting em all here.  I won't do this again I promise!  I'm back in my home town of Wangaratta for Easter and visited Brown Brothers winery today for a family day. Beautiful location and the winery tour was very interesting.

The cellars which contain thousands of wines. Some for sale at the cellar door but many for private consumption by the Brown family.

People still have to regular climb in these holes and chip crystals from the inside of the barrels. Once upon a time a bird was placed inside or a candle lit to see oxygen levels. Overseas many people still die doing this process.

Good series, only counts as one so you can't take a break okay.  Yes I haven't been over that way for ages: went to Euroa last week to pick up an old Fowler Vacola unit, it was good to drive "up the Hume" again, - was also dry but much greener than our patch.

Re the barrel cleaning - yes my Dad worked on the glassworks furnace fire-brick maintenance, similar deal, they'd have a rope tied to their legs, and when they stopped answering they'd be pulled out generally unconscious and the next bricklayer would go in.  Thank dog for unions that have done away with some of the fairly barbaric work demands.

I know I haven’t been here for a bit. Just plain busy!!!

This is a photo of Molly with her Easter visitors. They stayed for 3 nights with us. The black schnauzer is Mollys son. Neo is a big boy but she loves having him around. Loves to play with him. He is not quite 2 years old. The little pup is a new addition to Neo’s family. Luna, a little girl from a breeder in Mackay. A very energetic girl. Molly seemed to like her as well. All 3 got on very well.

Found some feathered friends this week on a quick trip to Clermont Qld. OH had to do a brief job there and I had the privilege of joining him for the drive. (12 hour drive for him to do a 2 hour job. Go figure) I had a great morning walking around their lagoon. Lots of birdlife. And of course the group of very friendly ducks.

First is an interesting leaf pattern with its arteries and veins.

My Tits in repose

He he got a new stretcher bed from CAC’s today.  I popped his soft bed on top and He ran over, climbed up, looked and sniffed, jumped off..... then collected some of his best favourite chattels, arranged it up on the bed and jumped back on.... that was about 6.30pm. He has not moved since. I’ve never seen him in quite such deep relaxation, and believe me, my Tits knows how to relax!
