Sport/Obedience Club or Group - Sunshine Coast or Brisbane

Hi everyone,

I have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast, and I'm also new to GSD ownership. I would really like to join a working dog club or group for obedience/ipo  training in Brisbane (or the Sunshine Coast would be even better).

Can anyone recommend a club or group that is very welcoming to new comers/beginners?

Hi GSDgirl1,

                    I am with the obedience club in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. We do basic and advanced pet obedience. RallyO and Trial Training. We train on Monday and Tuesday nights.

All new people are very welcome..We have a Rally and obedience trial this weekend on Saturday starting at 4pm..

If you are not busy come down, have a look and introduce yourself..Unfortunately we have just finished training for the year. But we would still love to meet you.

Thanks so much for the info Ronnie. Yes everyone seems to be winding down for the year right now.

 

It's a shame I'm on a course all weekend but definitely keen to come and have a look in the near future :-)
