persephone Posted May 8, 2017 Share Posted May 8, 2017 a friend's dog is having surgery today . I am close to friend and dog ..and am probably almost as apprehensive as the owner! I have seen this done, with amazing results .. have watched it being done ..with fascination ... Do you have good recovery stories I can tell my friend ? the dog is middle aged , and , I figure, won't really be in more pain than previously ... as she couldn't use the leg much without great pain . thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

persephone Posted May 11, 2017 Author Share Posted May 11, 2017 Dog is doing really well slow walks around the block - comfortable in the car, and for the first time in years, is happy to lie on the hip which has had surgery!
