Ummmm - right.

LOL...  What you might not know about me is I'm not actually a university educated woman in her 30's but rather a 12 year old boy who delights in fart and dick jokes. I giggled the rest of the way into the office and ....I  don't actually have a better photo for the week...  so there you go.

As I have got so far behind with the Dogwood challenge I think I'll have to admit defeat. I may go back it later in the year but for now I am going to post some of my other photos taken over the last few weeks to catch up in here at least :)

Week 16.

I took Luka to visit my son in hospital. They met in the car park. My son's smile was priceless

Week 17

I love this shot I took a few weeks ago of a beautiful evening at King's Beach. The waves were fantastic and I loved the light looking towards the Glasshouse Mountains in the distance.

I have actually sold this on canvas to a friend. Only my second ever sale

Week 18

Another beautiful evening on the Sunshine Coast.

This shot was the first photo I took with my birthday pressie from my hubby. A Canon 25-105 F4L  A great all-rounder to take with me on outings.

Week 19

My Luka, amongst some pretty yellow flowers

Love this doofus so so much. He brings a smile to my son's face even when he's struggling with his new diagnosis. Luka was surely sent to watch over my boy :heart:FB_IMG_1494578575456.thumb.jpg.78fe8f417497e41a98bb7a604d62dd7d.jpg

Week 20

And I think I'm up to date :)

The fist time I've picked up my camera since my son's diagnosis.

My daughter moved out a few weeks ago but she popped in for a visit yesterday. She had the cutest hat on so I snapped a few shots of her. I edited them today. My gosh I do find photography/editing so relaxing. It's my therapy :)

Nice shot, is the lens the mk 1 or mkII ? I very nearly bought the MKII when they came out a little while ago and I am still tempted

The resident Apostlebirds  at least get close enough to photograph! :)

They're really lovely birds Perse.  Many years ago now my family went camping at Lake Mungo and the camp birds were just total characters. My first and only experience with them, but one I remember fondly.

I love it Canisbellum, it's the MkII. It's heavier than I would like but still better than taking multiple lenses out with you.

The wave shot I posted was taken with it too.

Only thing is I would have to sell my Tamron 24-70 F2.8 and I love that

That's a toughy. I have the Canon 24-70 but I must admit I rarely use it. I prefer the 16-35 for landscapes and my 85mm or 50mm for portrait stuff. But if you use yours a lot then it's a difficult decision. Extra reach, but only F4.

Sorry I was no help at all
