It's technically one a week - but so long as it's not more than 52 I think there is flexibility in how strict it is. Any subject, theme, what ever floats your boat. I felt like my photo's weren't interesting enough last year and I ran out of enthusiasm. I haven't taken any photo's for a while so will have to catch up though..
