persephone
D'you think this is a bit large for Ash ? oh , and , I think introductions are in order meet Ash , VERY unfortunate accidental son of Smoke , grandson of Don , and one of the toughest , most self reliant pups I've met . Was rehomed , but eventually proved too much dog for a sedate , polite, GR girl and her family , so is back home where he can be a roughnut . and as a baby .... tdierikx
Look at the focus on his little face... I bet he worked out how to escape the "muzzle" pretty quickly! T.

Roova
Ash is very cute! Will he be a working dog now or do you try and find a home which might suit him?
tikira
I see you went for the next size up? Just how big do you think he will grow? Sometimes these things happen for a reason, or he has engineered to "come Home". Enjoy each other, he looks like a beauty! persephone
Ash showed great promise as a goat worker from a few weeks of age - but the decision was made to find him a home ... we did , dog savvy folks, who visited here , met Ash, played with him for an hour or so ..and said YES. however - the traits which we saw as ideal for a bush/working life did not suit his more genteel new home , so he came back . That muzzle IS a bit large ..he found it himself - I had it over a new plant - walked out the back door to see that ! :) he is an entertaining little beast .
