Not good enough outcome! No dog should ever be cage dried, those dogs would have suffered and been in horrific pain. The guy should never be allowed to work with or own animals again.

I work one on one, do not ever tether dogs on tables or put them in cages/crates. As soon as I finish a dog it is put straight on the floor with access to my entire room, an off ground flea free snooza bed and a fresh bowl of water.

I have just started maternity leave and these stories make me so worried about my clients going else where.

This is appalling Those poor dogs. I do my own grooming at home, these types of stories make me glad I do, although I know there are plenty of reliable places around.

I hope someone finds his shop and posts a copy of the Canberra article on it.

It's a disgrace that he's able to move state and probably start all over again. He's pure scum.
