persephone
..I will have to get larger kibble - Don emptied the wobbler in a very short time ......he did enjoy it, and batted it around for several minutes afterwards though :) Too easy! Taliecat
We have a small tennis ball in ours (from a destroyed Kong wubba) , it does seem to slow him down a little. It's still Dozer's favourite toy even without kibble in it, and one of the few that's survived for a year
hankdog
A bit of artfully applied duct tape?
persephone
Duct tape may work :) I do have a smallish ball I will also try ...it was meant to keep him occupied for more than 5 minutes :p
Two Best Dogs!
It's still her fave toy but she can clear it in 5 mins now! I've got a golf ball in it but that didn't help. Clearly I need to think larger like you guys! :p

pie
I stuck some duct tape over the hole to make it smaller :)
Roova
Maybe you could try some stock and kibble inside then freeze it to last bit longer?
Chequeredblackdog
Scrunched paper works better than a ball. Much harder!
denali
Levels of kong wobbler are: beginner: nothing but food intermediate: with a large tennis ball inside. advanced: full of scrunched up paper inside Try those! Eta: should have read the other responses  Edited August 26, 2015 by denali
Mrs Rusty Bucket
interesting info about slowing down the kong wobbler. I too have resorted to a bob-a lot - tho my dog can empty the basic lid capacity in less than five minutes unless she shuts the slider herself - she can shut it but hasn't figured out how to open it and will go nuts with it as long as it rattles. Dug through the bottom of one of my soft sided crates. I used to have a squirrel dude but that's for bigger kibble too.

karly101
My dog chewed right through his kong wobbler (I guess thats one way of getting the food out)! I now use a buster cube and it's much better, much harder too!
Arlizng
What a great idea of the scrunched up paper, thanks for sharing. I tried that today and Pagan took an extra minute longer to get the treats out. :) Just needs more paper.

Tara and Sam
Be carefull with some Kongs as they can get caught on the tongues and cause nasty damage one dog recently had his tongue caught on the Kong and sadly had to be put to sleep

persephone
that dog had its tongue caught in some sort of soft plastic ball - a 'pimple ball' , which is NOT made by KONG. It was a horrible accident. from SNOPES On 26 August 2008, the toy's manufacturer placed a notice on its site advising that the toy in question was being recalled from the market and replaced with a redesigned version: Four Paws is deeply concerned about reports of injuries suffered by some dogs as a result of a manufacturing defect in some of its Pimple Ball with Bell toys. In August 2008, we stopped shipping all potentially affected toys and implemented a recall directing all our distributors to have retailers remove them from their shelves and return them at Four Paws expense. We have since redesigned both the toys and packaging to insure this defect will not occur again. Please be assured that the safety and well being of pets is and always will be Four Paws top priority.
