Two Questions - Dry Shampoo And Dirty Beards

Can anyone recommend a dry shampoo/powder type product for a full coated dog? I am looking for something to use on my OES in between baths.

Also, what is good for dirty beards? His beard is white and it is always stained. Today I used dishwashing liquid, then whitening shampoo, then normal shampoo... and it's still stained.

Try some talc for both problems.

Use on dry dog for general cleaning. Sprinkle on, rub in, brush.

For the stained beard - apply the talc to wet hair. When dry, brush out. Don't know if that will work but it is how I used to get white socks on ponies :laugh:

Clean immediately after meals and chew bones. Use white chalk on dry beard, massage in then brush out.

You will probably also need to shampoo beard and feet about once a week with brightenting whitening horse shampoo or dog shampoo as well.

Thanks. :) Feet are actually fine, its just his beard that is gross. He dunks his whole chin when he drinks then goes and digs in the garden... Add some drool and food and you have a disgusting beard lol.
