Judge Critique Comment

At a show, the USA judge made the comment that both of our boys (litter brothers) showed lack of return in the upper arm.

Any comments on this? I have an idea. But would love to hear comments from others.

Dogs are 18 months old Hungarian Vizslas.

I am looking for actions to take if needed.

Did he mean they were straight in the shoulder? Not sure what the standard says about shoulders but being gundogs I assume they should be well laid back.

I am now more confused.

The links were great.

Thing is Horrible Herbert does not move like the other Vizslas especially in the ring.

When the weather is warmer, we will be doing training in Sydney. With luck I will find a solution.

Presumably the judge knew what he was talking about. Did you not understand what he was saying or did you not agree? If you did not understand, have a look at the extension of the standard and ask someone you trust with good Visla experience, and ask them for an explanation. Good luck
