Chequeredblackdog
Lenards chicken shops do bulk, as do some butchers and pet food suppliers. If you live close to a chicken factory eg inghams, that would be the best (cheapest) way to buy.

Kirislin
You might be able to get a butcher to order them in for you. A friend of mine gets his family butcher to buy in bulk turkey necks for him so I think it would work for chicken necks as well. They usually come in 12-15kg boxes

CountryGirl
Old fashioned butcher shops will usually do bulk orders for customers. When I lived in major cities, I used to go direct to the chicken processors (Baiada, Inghams etc) and buy in bulk. Bags of chicken necks and boxes of carcasses would last me for a few months.
