Loving my Oldies
 I just hope whoever is to Chair the inquiry hasn't had anything to do with the Lost Dogs Home and doesn't call him/herself a "Whisperer" .
Little Gifts
Thank dog that state is finally seeing sense! I'm sure it is all about the money it is costing them to fight these cases and kennel the dogs. They don't really give a shite about public safety and dangerous dogs. GeckoTree
Wonder when the pathetic-ness of BSL will burn itself out... / shouldn't be too long now I hope. Fairdinkum the whole crap's like saying damn a lot of Polynesians had cannibals in the ancestry' 'far out they might eat us' it's all in the genetics!' . As eg, it's so pathetic it's simply beyond words. Worse, that dude looks like one!!. Pathetic!
RuralPug
So who pays the kennel costs for the seized dogs whilst a Parlimentary committee wades through the process and then presents its recommendations? Councils won't want to foot the bill. I am glad that it is getting sorted, but if they hadn't rushed into this knee-jerk legislation through in record time in the first place, they wouldn't have to sort it now. not to mention there wouldn't have been loss of innocent canine lives. Jed
The cost of court cases they lost slowed Queensland councils down on declaring dogs "pit bulls" and the same thing seems to be happening in Vic. Thank Dog for the wonderful people who organised the court defences for these dogs. Great job, guys!! It's so good to see that the slaughter might slow down. Thanks to the gov too
hankdog
What? I'm going to be eaten by a Polynesian? That's a great analogy. Thank goodness some sense is being found.
