kelpiecuddles
Is there a way to search for a DogsNSW prefix and member number without actually contacting dogsNSW? Someone advertising pups on a page local to me but I can find neither the supposed prefix or the number quoted in any google search. Originally didn't have either posted in the add and got quite aggressive when people asked for them. dancinbcs
Members can search the Pedigree Lookup function on the website to check if a prefix has actually had any litters registered to it but you would have to call the office to check if a number was active. Mrs Rusty Bucket
search for a DogsNSW prefix and member number without actually contacting dogsNSW Is there a reason you don't want to ring up DogsNSW and ask them. The other possibility is the ad contains details that are stolen or don't belong to the person using them.
alpha bet
One of the big failures in the ANKC system is that people cannot use the state association sites to type in a breeders prefix and registration number.... and then get information to confirm that this is a current financial member.... This would be great if ANKC breeders could use their numbers in adverts to provide the public with some peace of mind that they are dealing with a current registered breeder. Steve
Using their Dogs NSW number in ads is compulsory so it makes little sense if that number is not easily checked - or what is the purpose of it - just ring and ask them.
