ElleAus
Hoping someone can help. Just went past royal park station and saw a brindle whippet ( or larger Iggy) standing in the bush next to the tracks. It had a collar and tags and looked so scared. Please pass this on to anyone in the area.

HazyWal
Yes but where is it? Is it a suburb or just a station? What are some suburbs near the area you spotted the dog? Sorry I have just moved down here and I'm not familiar with suburbs.
Kirislin
It will be a whippet not an IG. I'll check the facebook whippet pages I'm on.

Sorry I have just moved down here and I'm not familiar with suburbs. Royal Park is near the city. That is the nearest train station to Melbourne Zoo. Close suburbs would be Parkville, etc.

Kirislin
could this be the same whippet? If so he's been found! Where's Cuba? I'm not certain it's the same dog though, this one is around Williamstown. Edited February 1, 2015 by Kirislin
ElleAus
Yep that's the one! So relieved. Was a brilliant effort by a group of strangers to get this dog home.
VizslaMomma
Seems Cuba covered quite some area on that adventure. Wonderful that he is home. Well Done to all who helped.
Kirislin
that's good news then. Royal Park is a long way from where he lives. It seems like he was caught in Williamstown area so he traveled a long way back and forth.
