Rebanne
Well, there are 18 days between 6 - 24th for delivery. 2 1/2 weeks. I would be upset too if my goods didn't arrive in 18 days and there was no explanation from the supplier, especially if my $$ had been received. Might be everyone's best friend, but poor service is very unbusiness like. It would be poor service if there have been no errors whatsoever by anyone. Buyer, Seller, Australian Post. Only one side of the story here.

Might be everyone's best friend, but poor service is very unbusiness like. I would query the time too, in fact if I didn't get confirmation of my order in a day or two I would either call or email to ensure they had received the order and to let them know I had made the deposit - but I wouldn't wait 18 days and definitely would not wait until a time they clearly state they are out of touch, and then start a post saying they seem "dodgy" on a public forum without giving them a chance to explain the delay first. Each to their own though, I just think it is a bit unfair while they are out of touch, for example as someone else said they have no internet connection then they have no chance to explain or defend themselves. They are not a friend of mine in any way just to be clear, I commented because I thought it was a bit of a harsh approach that's all.
Dogsfevr
I ordered a couple of toys on their site on December 6, and paid by direct deposit the same day. I still haven't received the toys, nor a confirmation email of any kind. I emailed them about a week ago asking how my order was coming along, but there has been no reply. Anyone else ordered from them? They seem pretty dodgy to me. What exactly did you order?? It is a Whelping supplies website and I can't see any toys on it! I do know that for some items there is a message that says your order is a preorder as the item needs to come from overseas first. Good point about them not sellings toys unless its something new certainly can't see it on there website As for the OP not seeing the message about closing you can't miss it its in big red writing on the top of there webpage

Boronia
Perhaps you Googled 'Toss Toys' and then you have ordered from this page? http://whelpingsuppl...iewCat&catId=40 http://whelpingsuppl...d&productId=473 and then clicked: To purchase please visit this link> 'Toss Toys' which takes you to--> http://www.dogwise.c...=47250&Method=5 So technically you are not on the Whelpingsupplies page maybe this is the reason you have heard nothing Edited January 1, 2015 by Boronia
lynst
I have used this company a few times and they have been very reliable and efficient. I would excuse them as it is Xmas time.

Tintin Jac
I too have purchased from them and found them to be prompt and efficient. Now that you know of several people who have had positive dealings with them, I think you just need to get in contact when they are back on board after their break. I am sure there must be a reason your order hasn't arrived.
