Guest donatella
Hi DOLers. Thought i'd give you the heads up on a pet friendly rental available in 2 weeks. I currently rent this place but have had to break lease to move to Brisbane for work. It's a lovely duplex, only a few years old, tiled except the bedrooms and a courtyard. There is bushland directly across the road from the house and plenty of parks through the area. They take all sized dogs as they lady next door has a big staff cross boy through same real estate. $380 PW, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 lock up garage with a huge open plan living/dining area. http://www.realestate.com.au/property-duplex+semi+detached-qld-pacific+pines-404255387
Simply Grand
It's just that bit too early for me! I won't be ready to move up there for a few more weeks. Don't you want to rearrange your life plans just to suit me and move a bit later :p
Rebanne
Isn't this the place with an area at the back that is a bit dicey with it's fencing? You were worried the big dog would get in and hurt your little dogs or has that all been fixed up? Don't want to rain on your parade but people need to know. Guest donatella
Unfortunately not SG as I'm currently commuting to bris and the sunny coast the drive is killing me There is nothing wrong with the fencing it's very secure what was wrong was the next door neighbors dog able to climb the brick wall and into my yard (he couldn't climb down) however the owner has since blocked his path so he can no longer get up so all good. Simply Grand
I don't blame you Don, I'm not a fan of commuting at all! It's a bit more than I'm hoping to spend as well. Mum and step dad have said I can stay with them for a while while I look for a place but the dogs wouldn't be allowed in the house and I can't see that going down well with them or me so I'm trying to avoid that if possible lol. Guest donatella
The rental market is fierce for cheap rentals unless you qualify for NRAS then you'd fine something cheap easily
