I've taken it off the fire, but they hover about and even snuffle through the ashes while it's still warm in places.

Kirislin
he still runs and plays like a puppy too. If he's going to be anything like his mum, which I suspect he will, it will come on fairly quickly and he'll suddenly look old. It happened to Penny when she was around 13 and from then on she needed special care. She just passed away in August at the age of 15 years and 3 months. That and the nutrients he gathers from the BBQ  and all the other disgusting stuff they scavenge. aliwake
That looks a lot like my boy when he's doing the dishwasher pre-rinse - he especially loves the cutlery! Ratbag :)
persephone
Must admit - I use a similar eco friendly cleaner for saucepans with bits stuck on the bottom ;)
Little Gifts
Why did no-one tell me about this great product before? I've only been living with the Automatic Kitchen Floor Vacuum, which is also quite brilliant because it means the floor in that area is always sparkly clean when visitors pop over! But now I want a hot plate cleaner and a pre-rinse option too!
Simply Grand
Must admit - I use a similar eco friendly cleaner for saucepans with bits stuck on the bottom ;) Hahaha, so do I  May as well put their annoying habits to practical use. Ranga
I'm glad I'm not alone with this. What concerns me is that I may use these excellent cleaning devices without thinking when visitors are here!
