I thought being worse when he is tired etc does point to a neuro or behavioral problem but I could be totally off base. It's just a gut feeling I've had from the get go. What product was used for the other worming treatments? I would keep the dog off any chemical treatments until you can see a competent vet who will do a thorough blood screen and neuro exam.
