Allerzeit
I had never even considered a rotti as a dog for me. After years of looking at these wonderful dogs I started doing some research, and you know what? They are the dog for me :D When Fleming departs (not for a few years yet I hope) I'll be putting my name on a waiting list Yay a convert! Come on over to the dark side (dark as in black and tan)! Your life will never be the same! I'd better post some photos in grumpette's absence! Neo - proof that sometimes he doesn't have a ball in his mouth! Feonix - Nova's dam - at 8 years Baby Nova Christmas with Bruce and Nova Blooper! A common look on Nova's face when she and Bruce play (mind you, Bruce DOES have a hold of her tail...) My darling Enya in one of her favourite positions - will always miss this girl - Nova's grandma I do believe my work here is done..... again.... for now...... :D

I'm just a shorty too. If you set them up from the start, they respond VERY well to a stern, "OI!"
Allerzeit
The key is to develop your "rotty voice" :D It scares everything, not just naughty dogs!
tdierikx
So - if/when I've got room for another Rotti... how the hell do I choose between the wonderful breeders' showing off their scrummy babies here? Do I have to apply for one from each of you? T.
tdierikx
The key is to develop your "rotty voice" :D It scares everything, not just naughty dogs! You only need that voice for the girls I've found... most of the boys are big sooky la-la's. My last boy (Connor) would actually wee if you raised your voice at him... but we never had to really, as he was such a sweet natured thing... T.
