I would contact the canine association in your state re your concerns & ask their advice about this colour breeding & associated problems with the breeder & deposit.

If there is nothing you can do forget your attachment to this puppy & lose the $250. It is going to cost you so much more long term.

Oh goodness. If I didn't have my amstaff boy I'd be all over those two boys.
