Kirislin
I've done a few whippet running sequences, but I dont have the program to do them like these! Wish I did. http://photoity.com/20-fascinating-examples-of-sequence-photography/
Are You Serious Jo
Gimp is free and does layers. All you do is load as layers and erase bits on the different layers. They are cool.

My Canon program allows me to do it but when I do layers like those in the thread it would erase parts of one to overlay the next one on it. piper
I went to an agility trial today. The perfect place to do some sequences. I would want a tripod if doing these regularly though.
Loving my Oldies
They are fabulous, Piper. Love the little SWF going over the jumps What breed is the big fluffy red dog? Edited July 13, 2014 by Dame Danny's Darling
Kirislin
They are fabulous, Piper. Love the little SWF going over the jumps What breed is the big fluffy red dog? You took the words right off my fingertips DDD. Exactly what I thought. I bet the owners would love to see these. It's amazing how early they take off for a jump, especially the first dog. What program did you do these with?
piper
The red dog is a nova Scotia duck tolling retriever. I did them in photoshop. About 10 mins per image. Each image is put on top of the previous one and a layer mask used to hide/reveal sections.

Spoony
Haven't played with this myself but it is a cool effect. I think a tripod would certainly make post processing time easier/quicker. For me the wide angle sequences work best. Edited August 17, 2014 by Spoony
