A lot of breeders listed on DOL don't have phone numbers & emails aren't being answered... So if you have any contact details for Vic breeders please feel free to PM me or reply here! Sometimes you just have to be patient with emails as depending on what the breeder does, they can be busy busy. I'd usually wait at least a week before resending an email to them.
