DobieMum
I'm thinking of trying a new food for me (not sure how long it's been around) called Natural Balance. It's a dry food made in WA. Have people heard good or bad of it? I got some sample packs and my dogs loved it and hoovered it down a lot quicker than what they're in now. What's people's opinions on it? Kajirin
Isn't that the one made by Hills? ETA: never mind, that is ideal balance Edited April 25, 2014 by Noishe
DobieMum
Totally separate company, but looks like they're only going to sell in vets like Hills.

Yonjuro
Hmm, Rice is the first ingredient by weight/volume and it contains corn meal as the 4th ingredient so, it doesn't seem like one I will try. It is a shame as I am a proud West Aussie and would love to support them I will keep an eye on them to see if they change their formulas to something that suits me more. Thanks for the heads-up on the product though :)
shapeshifter
I've never understood the fill them up with a filler. They are meat eaters, the first and highest ingredient should be meat!
bridgie_cat
we had a talk on this food at work the other day. it sounds excellent to me - the delicate is both hypoallergenic and has the omega fatty acids in the correct concentration and ratio for skin which is excellent. mine ate it happily but given the option Royal Canin hypoallergenic (and the skin support for that matter) were still preferable for taste.
