megan_
A dog in prey drive often doesn't bark. Personally, in more worried by a quiet, staring dog than by a dog putting on a show. Some breeds also go very quiet before they attack. Whether the dog is aggressive or not doesn't matter / you have little dogs that could easily get hurt if this dog is over eager. My dog loves other dogs and is generally great with the littlies as long as I'm there to step in if she gets to boisterous/excited. I could easily imagine that she could injure a small dog if unsupervised with one even if her intent wasn't to do so. Hope you can get it sorted. Guest donatella
Well my next door neighbour mate is back. When I got to speak with the neighbour she was really apologetic and said she'd fix it so he couldn't get up. He's back and even more cocky, only a pup and friendly, whimpers when I get close. This gives you an idea of the wall
Kirislin
It might be better to be stern to him and tell him firmly to go home. He looks sweet, but I'm sure that dog that attacked the little boy on his bike looked sweet as a pup too.
Guest donatella
I'm pretty sure he's trying to come over to try and play but he won't let me get near him. Just me getting near the fence and he backs up. But I'm not taking any risks! Mine are locked in until I can get the owner again
Are You Serious Jo
I'd be more concerned about a dog that appears fearful and backs away as a bite risk to you than one who comes up to you with relaxed body language. Even if he is not showing any prey behaviour signs with your guys I wouldn't let them out there alone till this dog is fully fenced in.
Guest donatella
Yep good idea. He seems scared of me or excited. I can't work it out!
JulesP
The wall is suitable for your tiny dogs but my borders would have been up it in seconds! They don't jump over low fences but do seem to like scaling rocky walls!
Guest donatella
Lol it's a large dog playground up there that's for sure!!
Loving my Oldies
Yep good idea. He seems scared of me or excited. I can't work it out! He is probably a bit of both. Probably unsocialised and quite unsure of how he is to behave, wanting to visit and play, etc etc. He looks gorgeous, but too much bigger than your puppies Donatella for safety, as Melza says. HuskyDrake
My dog was just killed by my neighbour's dog who jumped over the fence to my yard. Please talk to your neighbour ASAP before something happen.
dancinbcs
I would just get a fence put up there and send the neighbour half the bill for it. Young dog or not, there is no way I would be letting that dog anywhere near your little ones.
