I rang and spoke to Dale, the manager, who is the a great guy and very customer focused. he has assured me that the new $45 group charge will be waived for the DOL group, as we are regular and loyal customers and he doesnt want to lose us. We will continue to have the bbq free of charge also. the only change will be the $17 per dog rather than $15 per dog. he has also said we can have the activity area for longer, from 10am-3pm rather than 2pm which is awesome. the pool time will be slightly reducded to 10am-1pm. the will also have a fridge and sink installed in the pergola by next kepala date I have asked for the $45 waiver and free bbq offer in writing so i dont have a painful experience every time i go to the office with our $$. so its a win all round good on ya kepala for recognising loyal customers and good on ya dale for being a champ :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
